My name is Danny van der Meijden. I'm a web designer and developer with a great love for travel.
My first long-distance trip was to Tunisia in 1993. In the years that followed, I traveled regularly to Turkey, and in 2006, I took my first major independent trip to Mexico. That's when the travel bug really hit.
Since then, I've loved exploring cities, regions, and nature reserves, preferably off the beaten track. I also regularly lace up my hiking boots, even closer to home.
